Question J! 1.7 + K 1.6.4: Installed, set up, . . . nothing.

Back end says it is all there and set right, Menu is on the menu manager, front page has no menu. I had this problem on 1.5 a while ago but figured it was me. On hosted server, apache, mysql and php are latest, Joomla 1.7RC clean install, only other extension is JCE. What am I missing here?

Ho you are using Joomla! 1.7.0 RC1, you need to know that Kunena 1.6.4 is not intented to work under Joomla! 1.7.0, kunena 1.6.5 will be able to do it.

Menu is the behaviour that under Joomla! 1.6.x

OK I am easy and have looked all over for the link to download 1.6.5 and find zip. ANy links you can offer that have it?

K 1.6.5 is not available for public release at this time. It will not be released until after extensive testing of it and J! 1.7. The current public release of Kunena (K 1.6.4) is not supported on J! 1.7.
