Hi there,

When someone adds an attachment to a forum post on our site, the image appears twice. Please see attachment - I circled where there is two close buttons in the bottom right corner.

I looked in the Forum Configuration panel under "Uploads" ...and I don't see anywhere that I can change a setting so only one image appears.

Can anyone provide me any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thank you!

Does this situation occur consistently at your site?

Can these symptoms be reproduced here, at www.kunena.com ?

I'm not sure that I completely understand the specifics of the problem from the picture that you posted. Is the "image" that you refer to - the image that appears twice - is this just the "Close" gadget? Is that the duplication?

No, I cannot reproduce this error from your site. The images that I have posted on the Kunena site only appears once when you click on the attachment.

When someone uploads an attachment to my company's forum, and then you click on the image afterward, the image appears twice. If you look closely at the image I attached in my first post, you can see that there are two images...one on top of the other. One is slightly to the right of the other. Another way to tell there are two images is from the "Close" button in the right corner of the image.

I have tested this on multiple computers and from multiple bowers. ie. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE....

Has anyone else come across this issue before? And if so, how can I fix this on my site?

Please read carefully the posting guidelines at the top of this page. At this time we're trying to understand the nature of your problem but - words and pictures aside - there's probably no better way for us to understand your problem better than if we could actually see what's happening. Then, maybe, we might be able to see what is interfering with Kunena's normal operation (i.e. the operation that you see here at www.kunena.org ).

Could you please provide your K 1.6 configuration report? Thank you.

I don't, personally, have any information that addresses this issue. I realise that it's difficult for people from non-English-speaking backgrounds, but the best advice is to use the search feature to see if and how this matter may have been answered in the past.
