Question Forum uses two different URLs

Hi. I've been working on SEO issues on my site ( www.MusicCityMoms.net ) and discovered that Google is indexing two copies of my forum because of the URLs. The top-level menu is Discussions. Some of the menu URLs resolve to Discussions and others go to Forum.

The menu is set up like this:

(top-level) Discussions - Kunena Forum >> Entry Page - alias: discussions - resolves to forum/index
(sub-menu) Recent Posts - Kunena Forum >> Recent - alias: recent-posts - resolves to discussions/recent-posts
(sub-menu) Category Listing - Kunena Forum >> Entry Page - alias: category-listing - resolves to forum/index
(sub-menu) Edit Profile - Kunena Forum >> User Profile - alias: edit-profile - resolves to discussions/edit-profile

I'd like them all to be the same. It really doesn't matter to me which one is kept (forum or discussions), whichever makes the most sense and is easier to accomplish. Can you please help me figure out how to make them all the same?

My follow-up question, then, is how can I keep the other link available, maybe using a hidden menu item, but not allow it to be indexed by search engines (no-follow)? There are a lot of links back to forum topics, using both the forum url and the discussions url, and I don't want to render them dead links.

Thank you for the assistance.

I'm using Joomla 1.5 and Kunena 1.7. Here is the configuration report:
