Kunena 6.2.5 & module Kunena Latest 6.0.7 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.5 [K 6.2.5] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.3.x/4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2

New Users missing was created by butchjax
I use access control to provide access to a section of the forum. However, for two days I keep looking for a user which exists in Joomla but doesn't exist in Kunena. I can't setup the access they need because of this problem. I've synchronized the users and this didn't help. I've searched by username and real name and it also didn't work. This is a really big problem. I don't know why it happened or how to fix it, or if it will happen again. The more information the better at this point.

There are no Kunena Users, there is only Joomla.

Kunena manages users which determines who has access to what categories on the forum. To date it has seen every member that joomla has. Until this new user who does not exist in the user list in kunena. Why? Right now I have a user who can't access what they need to because Kunena doesn't recognize them as a user. I know Kunena doesn't create users or anything, but they manage users within the software. Right now, something is broke in this aspect.

Before we proceed, I would recommend you update to Kunena 1.7.2 as that might fix this issue.

Now I'm more confused because I thought i did that already. Maybe I put it off because I was concerned about it and focused on updating other things.

Your configuration says it is 1.7.1.

Once you have upgraded (which will not break anything), synchronise your users again (tick all the boxes) and see if that works.

Could you create an admin account and paste it in a reply with Confidential tags, so that one of us can take a look. Also if you put in the username you are trying to find that might help.

I could not find Anidrin either, so I deleted it in Joomla and recreated a new one (which is now showing up in Kunena. I will PM you the password now.
