Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Chvalov I personally have SEF urls on both my website and my kunena forums, I honestly did not know you could have it on just one and not the other.
But to answer you question of how Google would index, I have great success with my site being indexed especially by google. I can type in a tittle of one of my forums posts and it shows up with SEF urls which is what I like about them and I am sure everyone else does too.
Plus the fact that SEF urls look much cleaner as well. I would not worry about Google indexing your website and forums as long as you have SEF activated on both.

(2) If you are having problems with non-standard Kunena templates, please contact the author of those templates for assistance. Support is offered for the Blue Eagle template.
