Hi, I just installed wordpress with no problem for joomla 1.6.1

The problem that I noticed was when I tried updating my profile on my forum. This is the error I get when I press "Save"

Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/jmarcel/public_html/components/com_wordpress/wp/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 728

Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::authorise() in /home/jmarcel/public_html/components/com_wordpress/wp/wp-includes/wpj.php on line 1143

What seems to be the problem? And how can I fix this?

Thanks in advance,

JM

Hello,

Are-you sure that teh com_wordpress components is compatible with Joomla! 1.6 ?

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Hi xillibit,

That's what it said on their website :-/ ill try uninstalling the wordpress component and see if kunena works after that.

Do I need the mootools plugin on my joomla 1.6.1 website? I noticed that it does not have the mootools plugin and I read on this website that kunena needs the mootools plugin.

Ok, I managed to fix this problem by uninstalling wordpress and all its plugins. Seems like wordpress was causing the problem but is weird because wordpress was working fine, but using kunena it was having problems editing my/a user profile.
