Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category is only for reporting defects or problems with Kunena 1.6 test versions with Joomla 1.6. This is NOT a support forum - there is no support for test versions. Users should NOT install K 1.6 alpha or beta test versions on websites with live production data.

Hello, after the default installation I have a problem with Kunena menu. It seems that CSS tables do not implement the module kunema_menu. See attached screenshot:

How can I resolve this problem? Thank you

What Joomla template are you using? There might be a conflict between your Joomla template and Kunena.

I'm using joomla default template "Beez2 - Default". And i tried to use others joomla templates (for example, "YT Enterprise" from YooTheme), but i have same result.

This is a Joomla 1.6 website.

Yes, we are aware of these issues. They will be resolved in an upcoming release of Kunena. Thank you for your report.

I don't know the exact date of the release and I don't know to what extent the next release (K 1.6.4) will address this situation, either.

If you use J! 1.6 you will encounter problems. If you need to have a website built, running and working quickly, we recommend J! 1.5.22. If you are not in any hurry then you can experiment with J! 1.6.
