Question User information can't be changed and avatar won't upload

I've got problems with changing profile information and upload avatars. The problem is not with permissions because I checked everything. I found a reply here regarding avatar uploading and I set everything as it was explained. I even checked folders to 777 but the same problem happens.

I know that it is possible to upload avatars because I did it for the administrator and even now I can change profile information, but for new users that's not possible.

Another thing is, there are only five users displayed in Kunena user list in administration panel, but there are 13 users overall.
Can anyone help? I am using Joomla 1.6 final version. No beta.

It is not possible to change the profile.
Only two users from five are shown in the member list. In the database table kuena_users are only two users but in the users table are five users.

When I am logged in as a Administrator I cant find a function to remove topics

I've had that problem with my administrator account at first, but somehow it got fixed. I am trying to remember if I fixed it somehow, but I just can't remember. I remember repeatedly going to edit and confirming changes, but I don't remember if I changed something in between.

Maybe it would help if I say that I've had community builder installed but I uninstalled it for some reason. Could this mess up the system?

No, I have not installed the community builder. So it cant be the solution.
There must be a problem when a new user registered. A new registering put an entry in the user-table from Joomla, but not in the kunena-usertable.
But this problem exist not by all users. Two users have an entry in k-user-table. But p.e. my own entry (super-user) is missing.
More problems: cant change or remove topics (ok think its normal without entry in the usertable).
I can do all other things they are allowed as an normal registered user. But I cant change my profile, load avatar etc.

Is Joomla 1.6 realy stable?

I am too pretty sure it's not because of community builder. I just mentioned it to see if someone else had the same pattern.

I don't have problems with other things on my Joomla 1.6 site so I would say the problem didn't appear because of Joomla, but who knows...

Anyways, I think it would be good to look for some other forum. Maybe it's too early to expect someone to try to offer a solution just after a day, but still.
