Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category is only for reporting defects or problems with Kunena 1.6 test versions with Joomla 1.6. This is NOT a support forum - there is no support for test versions. Users should NOT install K 1.6 alpha or beta test versions on websites with live production data.

Hi,

Right now I am just testing and I installed Joomla 1.6 with Kunena 1.6.

When I go to the forum categories and click on a category when I look under Settings and Public Access Level It shows Nobody > Everbody > All Registered Users and not the J 1.6 groups and ACLs I set up.

Under the admin it shows nothing.

My question is, shouldn't K 1.6 be showing the new J 1.6 ACL or groups? or is this still in development since this is only RC2?

Just curious please let me know...

Hello,

K1.6 will not support ACL from Joomla 1.6 because Joomla! 1.6 is not released in stable version yet and the ACL system is still work on progress. The ACL support in Kunena will be implemented in the next version.
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

I run joomla 1.6 (stable) and kunena 1.6.2
When does an update coming for showing the right access levels?, then i have the same probleme like above.
