Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

it is set to no




Could it have something to do with the system running SMTP and private message notification running PHP?

The mails will be sent by Joomla. If you have different settings in Joomla and Uddeim probably it will not work.
Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

This is strange, but some time ago I got the same problem.
In the settings (Uddeim => System) I switched from PHP Mail Function to MosMail Function.
And this solved the problem.

Thank you so much, I had otherwise tried to switch to mosmail but there I had not set "stop Email" to no.
I did that when it was written in the thread here and now I tried switching to mosmail and then it works
