Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

This doesn't really help us very much. These are the only facts that I can see:

(1) Your forum did work at some stage because people have posted messages.

(2) Your forum uses K 1.6.something on Joomla 1.5.something, Rockettheme template and a couple of other Joomla extensions that I don't know too much about, plus you are using a Kunena template that may, or may not, be compatible with the version of K 1.6.x that you are currently using.

So let's try to get some more facts before we leap to any conclusions about why your server crashes with an out-of-memory error. Have you changed something recently? :dry:

Can you please post your K 1.6 configuration report. That would help us a lot! :)

Thank you. Yes that is the report. :)

(1) Please upgrade to K 1.6.4 (see K 1.6 Upgrade Guide to show you how)

(2) Your Joomla site template is very old and it may not be compatible with Joomla's new Mootools libraries.

(3) You do not need the My Kunena Forum Menu or My Kunena Forum Posts plugins; these things are only if you use JomSocial. You do not use JomSocial; you should uninstall those plugins (they are outdated, anyway).

(4) You are using Kunena Latest, Kunena Stats and Kunena Login modules that are incompatible with K 1.6.1. Please upgrade to K 1.6.4 and download the new modules that work with this latest version.

I was trying to installed to kunena1.6.4. but I go out the same errors .... :sick:
