Question [RESOLVED] K 1.6.4 - RSS doubt - sticky topics do not seem to be included

Dear developers, I've noticed that when subscribing a RSS feed from category (Child or not), if it has stick topics, they doesn't show up in the RSS. Is it a normal behavior? IMHO they should appear on the very bottom once the latest news appears on the top or at least have an optional chose in the back-end to show or hide the stick topics on the RSS feed. ;0)

It may depend on how recently the sticky topics were updated, whether the categories are accessible to unregistered users (who are not logged-in) and possibly a few other things.

There isn't anything (that I'm aware of) that prevents sticky topics from appearing in RSS feeds.

For instance, if you look at the RSS feed from this forum, you will see sticky topics appearing ("If you are having problems with K 1.6, please read this first" is one such example).

I'll check it deeply trying different options, but thinking better right now, it made me to remind that I had changed manually some shadow topics to repeat in all other categories. I don't know if you remember I've suggested something about it and we have already discussed about it. So, in sum, as usual, I bet it was my fault and the RSS isn't reading these copied/duplicated locked/stick topics. I'm sorry about that! Anyway as I said, I'll check deeply and if I find something that wasn't my fault, I'll post here. :0)

Exchangind the doubt on the same subject Sozzled, now my RSS feed are showing on the beginning of each topic the word "Subject:". I'd like just to show the topic title. Do you have any Idea where do I set to remove the word "Subject:" as prefix?

Different question. Please start a new discussion topic. In your new discussion topic, please include your K 1.6 configuration report so that we can see what RSS options you have selected that generate this word "Subject". Thank you.

No need for a new discussion topic. I just found it. It was a setting in the Kunena back-end at RSS tab (Use oldstyle titles = NO), so the "Subject:" is gone. ;0)
