I think you have your answer and I think we can archive this topic, too.

People should be very careful about changing the Kunena source code because it may affect their capability to maintain their site afterwards - this topic is a very good demonstration of the point that I am trying to make. When I first started using Kunena (over two years ago) I was enthusiastic about customising Kunena in a few little ways. Two years later, 200 installs of Kunena later, 15 websites where I have installed Kunena, I am a little less enthusiastic these days about changing the standard Kunena installation. I simply do not have enough hours in the day to maintain every site, keep records of every change I've made, and participate in this discussion forum.

Of course, very few people will probably read what I've written here, but I hope the message gets across that people need to be aware what they're getting into when they start tinkering around and changing things. When people change the source code that's about the point when we have to say "sorry, we can't help you."

One quick tip that I'll leave you with: don't run legacy mode. If you have problems with Kunena and you are running legacy mode, that's what I'll tell you and that's what any experienced web manager will tell you. Don't use legacy mode.

I was given kunena, it's not my install, but i'll switch off the legacy mode.
The changes to the code i made, should not make this behaivor when deleting threads. It was doing even before i've edited the *.php's.
Anyway i found a way how to delete them. The moderators can't but an administrator can. Components>Kunena forum>Trash manager.
It's just a workaround not a sollution. Beside that, if kunena had all the functions that i need, i wouldn't mess in the code. But that will be in a horizon of two years maybe. Isn't criticism, i just had experience with phpbb in the past, and kunena is just not that great yet. But it's improving, and thats superb. :)

Thanks for all the advices, you can archive it. :)
