Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

I would like to remove the display all button from my forum.
But im not sure how it should be made a configuration setting realy.

Why would you like to remove the "display all" button. Where is this button located? If I knew more about the circumstances I might be in a better position to advise you. I am not aware of a "configuration setting" that changes these things.
I would counsel you against making changes by altering the source code. Remember, K 1.6.4 is not far away and, the more changes you make now, the more changes you may need to reapply in the future. When K 1.6.4 is released there will be no support, no answering of questions by the moderators or the project development team, about K 1.6.3. As long as you are aware of those risks, it's your choice.
K 1.6 may not be perfect but you should also keep in mind the Law of Diminishing Returns , too
