Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

How can i see an user's ip, if the user haven't sent anything to forums yet.There are some info thiefs :) is there a way for seeing them?

You can't find out, with Kunena, the IP address of a user who has not posted on your forum ... and there's the answer as far as "support" is concerned.

How do you know there are "info thieves"? That's an entirely different subject.

First of all thank you for answering.I know this thought is little bit paranoidly, but a user doesn't write anything just look around every hour.And i see same posts in another forum.Just wanted to know.It could be good for proving it.Thanks again.

I understand your concern about lurkers. Every website owner encounters lurkers; it's an occupational hazard of using the internet. Kunena does not provide forensic evidence to support allegations of theft or plagiarism based on suspicious browsing activity. If you are concerned about who is accessing your website, you need to install proper web analysis tools.
