Question Won't Upload Attachments

So basically I installed Kunena and I enabled to attach files to there post. Well when I click on choose file for the attachments, it pulls up the browser, which I click the file than it does nothing, like it keeps the attachment form empty, I can do this 100 times and its as if it never selects the file I choose. I can't upload attachments.

I realize Mootools system upgrade is disabled, but it has to be or it messes with my theme and other parts of the website, I had an older install with it disabled and it worked fine.

Problem Fixed, another plugin was messing with kunena.
