Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Hi,

When logged in as admin I have the "edit" profile button on my profile page. When logged in as registered user the "edit" button is no longer there and I am unable to edit my profile.

I'm guessing I'm missing something on the back end but can't find it. :blink:

Update:

I was logged in as admin on my profile page, logged out, logged back in as registered user. It took me directly to my profile edit page.

I am using the templae Coral. Not sure if that might have anything to do wit it?

One way to find out: uninstall the template and try with rhuk_milkyway - obviously you should be trying this on a test site. If that doesn't address the problem, let's consider other possibilities. OK?

Interesting, I meant coral the kunena template but I tried Milky Way anyway and it ended up being my Rockettheme template.

Never heard of a Kunena "coral" template. Must be a user-written one. What happens when you use the Blue Eagle (default) template?

Here is the fix - Go to your Rocket Theme Gantry template manager. Scroll to the bottom and disable "Build title spans" - you may need to clear your cache but your edit button will return.

This is the devise that RT uses to make multi-colored titles in modules.
