G'day, piccasso, and welcome to Kunena.

If I may rephrase your question, I think you're asking if it's possible that users ask a questions on your forum but that only you will be able to answer those questions. Is that what you would like to know?

This is how I would organise your forum. I would have two categories:

(1) "Ask your questions" category.

(2) "Here are your answers" category.

The first category should be set Locked = No. The second category should be set Locked = Yes. Users can post to category (1) but they cannot post to category (2). When you have answered the questions posted in category (1) you should move the topic to category (2).

To clarify, I am leading site to replace the frames and each user has its own field (the post) but it is usually a table. That means I have to enter their data and want to make that they do it themselves. sorry for bad English

Yes, I'm sorry that your English makes it difficult for you to explain what you want help with.

I don't understand how frames and tables have anything to do with the problem. I'm trying to understand (without the technical language) what you would like done. Could you, perhaps, ask your question in Croatian and then use Google Translate to show us your question in both Croatian and English. Thanks.
