Kunena menu shows in forum index but not in the individual categories. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've looked all over and can't find it.

I do not understand this question. Is this the behaviour of Kunena everywhere (for example on this website here at www.kunena.org )? Or is this only a problem on your website?
