Question No users can post

No users can post was created by kevin29fan
When users try to post, the page loads normally at first, then suddenly the category list disappears and posting is impossible. I have tried changing the template back to the default one (I doubt this is the issue because super users can post just fine), I have checked the settings on the categories to make sure they were "allowed" for registered users and they are. I don't know what else to check. Right now, no one can post except super users.

Hello,

Can-i see a screenshot of Kunena category manager, to see how you have configured it ?

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

When I visited your website, went to the Index page, saw the message "There are no categories in the section!". This means that you've set the security on your categories so that guests cannot see any of your Kunena categories. Perhaps the reason that your users cannot post is because they have not logged into your website? Have you eliminated this as a possibility (with a test "ordinary" user account)?

See Sections, Categories, sub-Categories (Part 1) . If a user can view a category, they can post to that category as long as the category is not locked. None of your categories are locked so that eliminates that possibility.

Nope.. not resolved. It works in Firefox but not Internet Explorer. :( Do you have any suggestions on that? It was working fine until I upgraded to 1.7.1
