Question Not Receiving Subscription Emails

I'm a new Kunena user, coming from Agora.

For some reason when I subscribe to topics on the forum I installed, I do not receive any emails.

Here are my settings on the Users tab for subscriptions. Is there something somewhere else that I need to set?

I have subscribed to several categories, which have new posts being added and I don't receive email for any of them. I've checked the email address assigned to my joomla user account and it is correct. And I can receive email on that address. I've also checked spam filtering and the emails aren't being stopped there.

There's one thing that you should double-check (I am assuming that your website sends email in all other, i.e. non Kunena-related scenarios) and that is to verify that the email address in your Kunena configuration is the same as the email address in your Joomla Global Configuration.

Try also in your testing: Topic Subscriptions = Email Every Update

I switched it over to phpmail and I think it's working now. Thanks!
