Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Hi,
Just wondering why I'm not able to assign a Moderator to a Category in "Category Manager".
The instructions on the page say "Please note: after setting moderation to Yes, you must save the category first before you will be able to use the new button to add moderators."

However after saving and going back into that Category, there's no such button ...

Again Ver 1.7

Hi,

You need to affect moderators in Kunena Users manager, then in Kunena Category Manager you will see all moderators for a the category that you have selected
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Hey Thanks Xillibit,
The word "Global Moderator" threw me off track.
I assumed the meaning of this would be that this account would be moderator for all categories.

Once I went in and selected each category in User Manager --> Profile --> Moderation .. then that changed everything.

Why not have "Global Moderator" meaning just that ... Moderator for all categories?
