Idea url undefined

It was good but today I don't know what happened and when I try to post something using bbcode, insert link, it comes as this:

url=undefined]undefined[/url

I removed the brackets at the start and end of code as here shows correctly.

Other previous links showing incorrectly too now. I changed some settings today. Maybe I changed something but have no idea what affects this particular problem. I restored default settings from forum configuration but did not solve the problem.

I've never heard of this happening before. Can we see your K 1.6 configuration report please? Have you made any changes to the Kunena PHP files? Maybe it's a templating issue?

I changed to the Blue Eagle and it still happened. Now I changed to Example Template.
Links are no longer showing as undefined but for example:

Kunena[/URL
suppose to show as: (removed last bracket)
Kunena

Click on Kunena and its a link.
After changing template mine shows all the code.

I changed some stuff but nothing that regards a bbcode file. I added topic icons with info from here and emoticons. How do I get a configuration report?

Any idea what could affect bbcode this way?

Did not change any php files recently. Few days ago it was good.
The only thing I did this last days was to migrate my site, same hosting provider but had to change plans as my old plan was closed.
I changed few settings today from admin panel, did not touch any files.
I will post a configuration report.
