Have you tried to put {loadposition xx} in a post? And typing a totally unique name for the module? Like Kunenapostmod ? So you'd put {loadposition Kunenapostmod} in the post.

Keep in mind those are { and not [

Then again I'm not sure this would work, but it's worth a shot.

If it doesn't work, I think you would have to edit the php files to add a module, but that would be in all posts, so you may actually be unable to add a module to select posts. I'd guess it'd be possible to have it in the first post only, but someone else will have to help you if the first option doesn't work as I don't know the files you would need to change.

Not inside, but under every post you can place a module if you like. But it will be the same module in every threat on every page. See the faq. docs.kunena.org/index.php/Module_Positions

There was an idea to implement a BBcode tag in K 1.6 known as the "module" tag - with the format [module] - but it was shelved because of concerns about site security. This may have done what we're discussing.
