Yes, the problem for users. They are already used in other forums to do so. Cite all, and then cut out too much and do not want to resent. And they're right. Why do hard when you can easily.

This is the BBcode I used to reply to your last message: Explain to your users how they can use BBcode and I think your problems will largely go away.

BBCode is not suitable. They do not make it easy to reply to messages.
That would be comfortable and have the other board software. Read the message, highlight the text, clicked "quote selection." I read the following message. Highlighted, pressed. And so on.
Quotes came in the form of an answer, where I finished writing your message. And clicked "send" button.
We must use the best ideas.

In that case, good luck to you. I don't think there's anything more that we can do about this problem that your users are having. The fix for the problem is either to educate your users better, or to go back to IP.Board which they seem to be more comfortable with.
