Question Forum Subscription Emails

Hi there,

it seems the email subscription is not working to me since emails are not being sent when there are new posts. What is needed to be configured to achieve this? I have placed an existing email account in the administration page. Aything else is missing?

I don't know if "anything else is missing". We might know the answer to that question if we could see your K 1.6 configuration report.

the email that is displayed in the "report configuration" is being read from where? from the joomla configuration? Im asking it because that email is the one i ve sent on joomla configuration that doesnt exist(noreply@) but in kunena configuration i set a different one that exists. So i guess kunena uses the joomla configuration email?

Please upgrade Joomla, and disable legacy mode. 30,000 second maximum execution time? What are you trying to do on your website? 30 seconds is usually more than sufficient. And with all that memory, and the other "generous" settings you've allowed for, you're still using legacy mode and you have not implemented SEO? :S

After you have upgraded to K 1.6.4, reset all Kunena configuration settings to their default values and try to reproduce the problem that you were having before.
