Here is my config report:

I'm also using Kunena Discuss plugin v 1.6.4 and it works fine, anonymous users are able to post comments and automaticaly create topics on forum, but the Guest users are unable to post on the Forum (Submit button is not working). This issue is the same on every browser.

I also noticed that Guest users on the Forum can't write their names like in Discuss plugin and all anonymous users are "Guests". It can make a big difficulties for normal discussions...

I have the same position. Guest can not send a message or make a theme. Template set the "default" - the eagle. On the forums write that anonymous should have the "name", and it is not.
One more thing: in the tab "User Manager" strange error path: "JFile::move: Cannot find, read or write file: '/sata1/home/users/obminu/www/www.kryla.com.ua/administrator/kunena_9501aca3f1dfeec333ccb49e2c5598ff'"
I think there may be a file.

Please tell me where to dig.
Configuration.

Please upgrade to kunena 1.6.5

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

The problem stems from TemplateKunena's templates being out of date.

Goto "components/com_kunena/template/*TEMPLATE NAME*/editor/" of your website directory..
Rename "attachments.php" to "attachments.php.bkup"
Rename "form.php" to "form.php.bkup"
Rename "bbcode.php" to "bbcode.php.bkup"

-Your submit button will work, however the template may look a bit off. Basically I'm forcing the forum to use the default versions of these files. You can try to edit the template you acquired by looking at the code differences -- or complain for a refund/fix from the creator
