G'day, ricardofoto, and welcome to Kunena.

The error message you are getting shows that your webserver needs more memory allocated. This may be possible if you can access the php.ini file on your server (or ask your webhosting provider to make this change for you). However, I don't think this is what is causing your problem.

Your configuration report shows that you are running J! 1.6.23 with "legacy mode" on! This is not good. People should not need "legacy mode"; Kunena has not been tested on sites with "legacy mode". You should immediately disable Legacy mode . Why are you running legacy mode? How many other Joomla plugins have you enabled? Please read the important information we've written about legacy mode .

Please also read about how to use Joomla's Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) feature.

It's unfortunate that you have edited your K 1.6 configuration and that I cannot see your website. If you want our help then please do not edit vital information that might help. The only advice that I can give is general advice: please read K 1.6 technical requirements . If this does not help then you should search the forum for other ideas about why you are getting these errors when you (and your users) try to view their profiles.

You have a very interesting Joomla menu setup for Kunena; does it work?

I have a fairly good idea about the real cause of your problem - but I'm only guessing because you have deliberately changed your configuration report so that we cannot establish any genuine facts - and that is because you have conflicting software running on your website, most probably caused by your Joomla site template. Please read msg #1 in If you are having problems with K 1.6, please read this first . Good luck. If you want further help, please reply and give us all the information contained in the K 1.6 configuration report.

Recommendations:
  1. Remove legacy mode
  2. Implement SEO
  3. Try a different Joomla site template - the one you are using is probably responsible for all the problems
  4. Increase the memory allocation by editing the file php.ini (ask your webhosting provider is you are able to do this)
