Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

It's difficult to answer this question because the specific instructions differ depending on which version of Kunena you are using. Further, the General Talk about Kunena category - in which you posted your question - is not really the place to ask questions about how to use Kunena. We have dedicated categories (depending on which version of Kunena you are using) for asking those things.
As a general rule, though, you can receive e-mail notification of new messages posted to your forum (if that's what you want to do) either as the administrator or as a forum moderator. There are configuration settings for doing this. I can show you where if you tell us what version of Kunena you are using.

I read in another topic that you created, you are using K 1.6.3 on J! 1.5.22.
I have moved your topic to a more appropriate category.
You should look at the following two settings:
Forum Configuration » Security » Security Settings » E-mail Moderators = Yes
Forum Configuration » Security » Security Settings » E-mail Administrators = Yes
