Question Unread posts for new members

Hello!
When a member registers on my site and they go into the forum the first time. Then they get spammed by all "new posts" that the forum had earlier. I dont want newly registrerd members to get lal this info when they login. Is there anyway around this problem ?

I'm sorry but would you like to clarify the actual problem that your users are having.

Are you asking for us to help you remove the old clutter (or spam) that exists on your forum? Is that your question?

What kind of "new experience" are you looking to introduce your new members to?

When somebody registrers on the website and they visit the forum the first time. They see all articles and posts as "New" as you can see in the picture from my first post. Wha i want is when a user registrer and then go into the forum first time he wont have all posts as "new" instead he will have no posts as "New"

For example!
If i registrer on kunena.com and then go to your forum. All posts that have been posted on the forum will show up as "new" for me and as a new user i dont want to see the posts that was posted for expmae a year ago as "new"

Sry for my bad english it is easyer to talk than try to describe in text... The picture may help you more! There is no old clutter that i want removed.. all posts and topics should be as they are.

No, I'm sorry. I am not aware of some way of turning off the "New" indicator for first-time users.
