Question Avatars not showing and userlist not.......

hello, i had spoken with developer 810 1 day ago and the issue was that i couldnt get my avatars to show even though it said it was saved and here is what the developer told me after logging in my backend and fixing it.

You had no users, so sync the users. Then its works.

so before i launch site i wanted to make sure it would work so i created a test acct and then activated in my email then i logged into forum and same thing happens. It wont allow for uploading of avatar even tho it says successful i even synced the user but sync should be auto when a new member registers anyhow. So then i went to look at userlist and users and in the forum userlist were it says 4 people it only displays 2 of the 4. I then went into backend and looked at user manager and only 3 of the 4 are displayed. Please help me out this is really frustrating.

so how am i suppose to have members even show that they are online and have avatars and also show they are on the userlist. this means i cany use my forum right now?
