Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

My forum is integrated with Community Builder. All works fine and I for a while I have had the forum with registered access only.

I have tried to change the settings to make the forum public viewing but keep getting the "To access the private area of this site, please log in" message.

I have set Kunena and the Menu links all to public.

What other settings might I try?

Do you mean that guests have a read access but not a write access? If yes, I think this message is not possible

"To access the private area of this site, please log in"

It's not private area if guests can see that...

In nowdays there come text like this if guests try to write:

Sounds like a Joomla menu issue to me. You could try putting all your Kunena configuration settings back to their default values. :dry:

@sozzled I think the first place to check should be Category Manager where can set and check each gategory access levels... he said:
