Question JXtended (artofuser) private forum question?

Ever since the release of K1.6.1 and the latest artofuser/JXtended I have been using it and it works very well. However I recently been noticing in the private section of our forum that I randomly see 1(guest) viewing the section as well.

I'm concerned that the private section is being compromised and was wondering if anyone else using JXtended is experiencing the same thing.

I witnessed this a while ago here, at www.kunena.org , and I felt a little unnerved at seeing "1 guest" viewing a category that was supposed to be restricted only to certain classes of users. However, I have been informed that this situation sometimes occurs because the Joomla session manager gets itself into a bit of a tangle and it's just "one of those Joomla things" that we have to endure as part of the whole Joomla deal.'

So it's not really a compromising issue rather joomla not knowing a private user has left and came back. Am I understanding you correctly. TY

I'm not sure of the actual reason. As I was trying to suggest, this is something you might like to discuss in a real-time chat with the development team but I don't think it's a problem that's is worth fretting about.
