Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Greetings, I just made the plunge and converted my SMF 1.X forum to Kunena 1.5 then upgraded to 1.6. I'm of course using Joomla 1.5. My problem is in the signature portion. The users of the website use a stats bar that is generated by Geocaching.com. The bbcode that we used on the old site is as below I removed the [ 's so that it would print

url=http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=9399320a-2378-45d7-b614-2bf6195e6ece] img] img.geocaching.com/stats/img.aspx?txt=Le...f6195e6ece&bg=1[/img [/url

What we get is just the text in the image portion.. as you can see by visiting my site and my profile..

Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Hello,

You can't put in bbcode images generated dynamically, because could be in some cases a security issue.
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Hum... Do you know of any way then that this can happen? This is a huge part of what we do.. Any work arounds?

Well.. do you happen to have any suggestions? Any thing else I can do.. I hate to have to switch forums again. I must admit that I didn't beta test the stat bar portion, but that is something that we will have to have.

What, exactly, do you want to do that using on-the-fly-generated images will "achieve"? Would any other features of Kunena serve a similar purpose?
