yes you are certainly right - templateplazza sucks as well as their support which is close to zero and most of their templates and components are terribly outdated - however this template I found as best (by design) for my purpose so I sticked with that. The main thing is that it works in average fine - this is my first problem with this template and problem is because used component is not updated which is for sure not good but I have to deal with that - this can actually happen with any joomla component ... it happened to me severalm time that extension or component development has been suddenly stopped ..
As templateplazza support is terrible I cant expect unfortunately any sort of help from them so I have to find another solution how to fix problem so first Im trying find out if there is not an workaround on kunena side...

Yes, I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. You say that this is your first problem with that template. From the sounds of things, this will not be your last.

Any site template can be re-engineered; it just takes time. I heard a story recently from one of the Kunena developers who said that he'd spent 6 hours unravelling one user's spaghetti-like Javascript conflict problems. So, indeed, it can be done if you have the know-how and the patience. Unfortunately I have neither so I just go with something that works.

I remember dealing with a similar problem with another user's website. We spent a couple of hours looking at what was happening and eventually, we both agreed, changing the site template was probably the easiest thing to do. We had all the problems sorted out in about 10 minutes. What's more, the user now has a site template that far exceeds his wildest dreams in terms of flexibility and functionality.

Good luck and I hope you find a quick solution.
