Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

One thing i constantly notice about joomla software is that it likes to accept both sef and non sef urls i was woundering in kunena 1.6 would it stop accepting the non sef urls and redirect them to the sef one.

example :
www.kunena.com/index.php?option=com_kunena redirect to www.kunena.com/forum

G'day, C0n, and thank you for asking this very interesting question about Kunena 1.6.

As you know, if a website has implemented the Joomla SEO functionality (see Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in the Wiki), Joomla can handle both the "index.php?option=..."-type URLs and search engine friendly ones.

K 1.6 extends the functionality further.

To my knowledge, K 1.6 does not prevent you entering non-SEF URLs instead of SEF URLs but this is something you can prove for yourself by testing K 1.6 on your test site. I would be interested in seeing the results of your experiment.
