Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Not at them moment unless you hack the code. It has never been requested before.

The basic issue in this topic is really about the purpose of the link presented to users when images appear in the forum. The purpose of offering users the link is to allow them to see large images - images too large to be displayed otherwise within the forum template - to display as a "lightbox" or by some other means. That's the whole purpose of having the link.

At this stage of K 1.6 development, we're not really equipped to deal with questions about how to disable the features of K 1.6 that the developers invested a lot of time in building. If users want to disable these things for themselves then that is their choice. But the purpose of having a "common questions" category is to answer common questions; the purpose of having a "support category" is to fix things that are broken or that don't work properly.

I think this topic has served its purpose and I'm locking it.
