Question No images after server move

We have moved to a new server and NONE of the images are showing.
the permission of media/kunena/attchments is the same as the old server.
When I use a URL <website>media/kunena/attachments/23309/P1030764_2012-08-29.JPG
the image are displayed. But not in the post.

I checked the attachment table and filelocation has only the relative path.

Not sure what else to try or check. Any help would be appreciated.

I am still struggling with this and I have found a few more infos

in the file func/view.php (approx line 166) this function is called
KunenaParser::parseBBCode with the message text.
I echoed the text before and after this call and this is the place where it get lost. Before the call the text looks like this

After the call the variable is just empty, even when additionally text had been entered.
