Question Aimated gif is not work.

Animated gifs only work for certain sizes because, if the image is resized "on the fly" the animation stops working.

Where to specify these size?

Animated GIF images work (see example ) but it may depend on your site environment. Try a small image on your site. Download the image I posted and see if it works. If it does not work, please post your configuration report. Thank you.

Try restoring your Kunena configuration settings to their default values.

I do not know why your GIF images do not animate on your site. This may be something you need to discuss with your webhosting provider if my suggestions do not work for you.
