Important Unable to access admin panel Kunena

I apologize in advance for my bad English.
Kunena is my problem with that I get the button on the admin panel, I tried everything but I came to the conclusion that it would be best to ask you that surely you have already encountered similar problems. Thanks in advance

Yes, we have encountered similar problems. Many times. If you search the forum you will see many times where we have encountered and solved problems similar to yours.

We know nothing about your website. When people come to us, asking for support, we need to know more about their situation. For example, what version of Kunena are you using, what version of Joomla are you using, what kind of database are you running, webserver software, other installed components, the URL of your website? In other words, all the information that allows us to begin to understand why you are having this problem and why your problem may be something that you may have done (or may not have done) that is different.

If you cannot access the Kunena control panel - and therefore you cannot produce a configuration report - please read Configuration Report in the Wiki (which may help).
