Question Multi-language Help and Rules Pages

I have a multi-language site for which I would like to have a help page in several languages.
Since in Forum configuration there is only place for 1 article ID I assume that some sort of text replacement must take place in that article.

I use NoNumber Sourcerer to include PHP code in the article. The result is that when I load the Help article through a menu item the PHP code is run regularly while when I check the outcome of the same code in the Forum Help Page the content is blank without any error. It would seem that the PHP code is stripped out completely.

how should I proceed to get different help pages in different languages?

Or you could have the article that Rules points to have several sections with a link at the top to take the user to the correct language section.

Technically possible but not clean. If I have different people managing different languages they would interfere.

Old settings define old problems. Now that Joomla is much more flexible regarding languages, there could be better solutions.

Im thinking ... Would it solve the problem if you could select the article within the menu items for "rules" and "help" instead?

Here's a totally wild suggestion - a lateral approach to the problem: write the rules and help in several sections, one for each language. Costs nothing but a little bit of time!
