Kunena 6.4.13 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.13 [6.4.13] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.0
Hint: This version is primarily intended to facilitate an upgrade if Joomla was first updated to version 6.1 before Kunena was up to dated.

The famous plugin Easy Calc Check is not compatible with the Kunena register page. The captcha code is not visible but input is required, making it impossible to get past the register screen for new user.

Quick Fix, dont use captcha against bots on your register page.

For your information, the register page is only generated by Joomla! itself.
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Ok but the Register page is different now, since i use Kunena. There is a Mysiwig editor where user can put text and avatar upload.

Both is not required. Though a second page with such options would be neat. This could be configurable through the extensive Kunena configuration panel. I even suggest to implement an entire panel only for USER MEMBERSHIP (Register, form fields, profile fields.

Although user profile fields should be only visible in the user profile, once the user has entered input.


Please consider this to make Kunena the first choice BBS when it comes to Joomla!
