Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

I'm a nubie and if you know a link/docs about this, please let me know, I will gladly follow that link.
How to make a NEW USER required to POST in SPECIFIC FORUM before HE/SHE Can post to other forums?
Like NEWLY REGISTERED USER in phpBB3.
Please help me with step by step procedure.
I'm using :
Joomla 1.7, JomSocial 2.4RC2, XPIT, Kunena 1.7

To the best of my knowledge, there isn't a feature in Kunena to achieve this.

Perhaps I inferred a different meaning to the question you first asked.
You can restrict people to a certain category or categories of the forum. That is, you can explicitly exclude them from accessing other categories. However, that doesn't seem to be what you're asking about "new users" or about mandatorily requiring them to post within a certain category; in that sense, and to the best of my knowledge, there isn't a feature in Kunena to achieve this. Restricting access to categories is a feature of K 1.7, yes, and it does involve Joomla ACL. Some information is given in

Sections, Categories, sub-Categories (Part 2) - advanced setup for special groups
