Question forum slow load

I see at the bottom of kunena forum and it show 4-11 second when I load forum homepage. Do this normal?

For me every page in your site loads as fast and forum shows load times between 0.2 - 0.5 seconds.

Maybe your server just isn't fast enough to support more than one or two users at any given time? Many cheap shared hosts limit CPU time so that it is barely enough for PHP applications.
