Question Statistics problem

Hi everyone. Sorry for my bad english.
I have installed Kunena 1.6.3 but I have a problem with statistics.
In fact at the bottom of the forum we can see how many person are online, how many are registered.
But on my website, everyone of those stats are null.

Do you have a solution?

This is a known problem in J! 1.6.0. You need to upgrade to J! 1.6.3.

There is also a corresponding fix for this problem in K 1.6.4 (which is not yet publicly available)

we upgraded to J! 1.6.3 and have still the problem... any other idea ?

The problem is fixed in K 1.6.4. Please upgrade to this version.
