Ok, now I enabled debug in Kunena, and error report (max) in Joola.

But, I did not see any error message.

This is the most frustrating part: I can't find the cause of this blank page problem!

There are something wrong with your SEF and menu created for kunena. You have disabled SEF only for kunena, disable it for whole site when you need to find error.

[strike]Also you link to forum looks like

www.joomlagate.com/index.php ?Itemid=91&option=com_kunena&view=entrypage&defaultmenu=92

That Itemid=91 should not be there.[/strike]

Just talked with dev and itemid is ok, so try with deleting menu.

So, disable SEF Component, delete all Kunena menu you have on your site (in Main Menu, Kunena Menu and module Kunena Menu), then delete all menu from Trash. After that go to Kunena Control Panel and recreate menu with button "Create Menu", after that you site should work.

Thanks for your help.

I followed your instructions: deleted all those kunena menus, and disabled SEF.

Then I emptyed the menu trash.

Next, I created new menus on Kunena CPanel.

Now, I have a new menu item pointing to forum on my top navigation menu.

When I click on this menu, by default, it shows me the "Recent Topics" view.

If you now click on the Index (the first tab) of Kunena top menu, the blank page come back again.

In face, I also don't like to show Recent Topics view as the default page for forum. I had tried to choose Index as the default (on the Forum menu parameters), but in this case, I will get blank page after click on the main menu item to forum.

You can try it now on my website, the forum menu item is still the fourth on top navigation menu.

I just can't understand: why I can open the Recent Topic view, but can't open the Index view?

Thanks.

It's hard to find out your broblem baijianpeng because you site is on your language and at least me can't see text "Forum" or someting like that (I found that when I try menu items in frontpage)... I think also those Kunena administrators/moderators is hard to find out because of language?

You have also now in one place...:

Notice: Undefined index: print in /home/webs/joomlagate/www/plugins/content/jwts.php on line 81

Notice: Undefined index: format in /home/webs/joomlagate/www/plugins/content/jwts.php on line 81

Notice: Undefined variable: tabid in /home/webs/joomlagate/www/plugins/content/jwts.php on line 112

Notice: Undefined variable: tabid in /home/webs/joomlagate/www/plugins/content/jwts.php on line 113

Notice: Undefined index: print in /home/webs/joomlagate/www/plugins/content/jwts.php on line 139

Notice: Undefined index: format in /home/webs/joomlagate/www/plugins/content/jwts.php on line 139

It's hard to find the reason when there is some other functions also... as I see your report previous.. there was legacy mode on and etc... check your whole Joomla! and it's extensions! This was only my opinion... xillibit or quila can take a look whole system if you want... (if their have that time)

1. I am sorry that my website is in Chinese language, I can't switch to English because it is a live site and many members visit it every minute. Now I had disabled SEF, I think you can find the forum menu item by recognize the URL link which contains "option=com_kunena".

2. Where did you find the error message about "jwts.php"? That file belongs to a plugin named "Tabs & Slides", developed by JoomlaWords (jw). However, that is a Content plugin, and I did NOT enable "Joomla content plugin support" in Kunena configuratoin. Why it will affect Kunena pages?

3. I had already turned off Legacy mode, you can see this in the first post of this topic.

Maybe I should provide some server configuration details (phpinfo) ?

If you need it let me know.

Thanks.

Update: I tried to disabled that jwts (JoomlaWorks Tabs & Slides) plugin and then tried to open the Index page of Kunena forum, but failed again. I still got blank page.

BTW, my forum was migrated from SMF2 with com_kunenaimporter. Do you think the migration has brought in some potential risk or malfunction there? for example, the session problem ?

Thanks.
