Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Here are the results of the RC2 tests we have done so far at Science File ( www.sciencefile.org )

Polls: previous issue, in RC1, with votes being deleted fixed. However, RC2 has introduced a new one. User voted OK, then changed his vote. The vote count was incremented by one. In other words, a changed vote seems to count as an additional vote.

Tabs: the forum tabs are still displaying incorrectly in IE8.

Here you go. Tested on 2 machines with the same result. Windows Vista. Internet Explorer build 8.0.6001.18943

Fine in FF and Opera.

oh now thats a new one on me, never seen that kinda issue be browser spercific, well here we go this is a css issue something in your template is messing up the tabs ( kunena_menu ) so i would check teh #nav { ... } section of BOTH your joomla and kunena templates to see if you can spot the error, my guess is its going to be an OVERFLOW: stement that is doing it..
