Question Kunena Profile blank/white screen

I'm using Kunena Profile and some users face with Error 500 when they're trying to open the profile page, one of my accounts has the same problem but the others not.

You can try to enable the debug mode in Joomla! configuration panel, so see what's going under the blank page.

I see that you have installed Kunena Login Module, this module version is not compatible with Kunena 1.6.

Uninstall it and problem should be solved.

With Kunena RC2 will be released new Kunena Login Module for this version of Kunena.

I did uninstall the klogin module nothing has been changed, same problem is still present

Hi,

check if you have some other module or plugin for K1.5 and uninstall.

Reinstalling kunena could help also, maybe something went wrong on installation.

If that dont help you should enable Apache Server error log and look in that file what is exactly error with blank page, then report here what you find.
