Looks like a XAMPP or WAMP PHP error to me. I wonder what would happen if we tried this on a real, internet-based webserver?

If I insert a similar combination of characters at this forum - all text in a post is not displayed.
Edit my previous posts and be convinced.

I see the characters you were trying to post, but they do not generate the error "Illegal sequence identifier in UTF-8 at byte 0 in ...unicode.php on line 110". I think that part of the issue - the error message - is a WAMP or XAMPP thing. :)

For others, wondering what strange combination of characters ChaosHead was using, that appear as "empty messages" above, they were:
Code:
[А]рхи
The cause as to why these particular characters result in the loss of the whole message is unexplained. What we do know is that some characters result in the loss of an entire message. I've seen this before and the answer is that we may never fully know why.

I have tried to check what going wrong with this, but it's seems a bit complicated for me.

Here, there display error disabled it's the reason why you have a blank message, but on a server with display error enable you will see that, just above the message:

Warning: stripos() [function.stripos]: Offset not contained in string in C:\wamp\www\kunena_1.6.0_branch\components\com_kunena\lib\kunena.parser.bbcode.php on line 61
