Question Where can I find langauge files for Kunena?

I tried installing the one Brazilian Language files but received this warning message:
Direct Access to this location is not allowed.. Therefore can someone tell me where to download Spanish language file and a Brazilian Portuguese file? I have Joomfish installed but I suppose it's useless with this component.

The language file Portuguese - Brazil, has not yet been created but you are cordially invited to work on his translation using the English language file.

The language file Spanish - International was recently created and inserted into K1.6 but only available for Beta Kunena. He is still in development ..

Developers are working 100% "almost without sleep" to K1.6 may soon see the light of day.

I'm newbie with Kunena and I'll see if I get to help with Portuguese-BR translation, so, I wonder what are the files that need to translate. Where can I find them.
I've installed the 1.5, is there difference for 1.6? If I translate the latest can I use for 1.5?

By the way, do you know some software freeware were I can load a PHP file to translate and save the final translation like PoEdit that we get to edit .po files?

More info will be appreciated.

I don't understand what PoEdit has to do with Kunena. Can you explain the relevance of your question to this topic, please?

Hi Sozzled, nice to meet you and thanks for your reply. Yup, today using a little more Kunena I got to see that the previous languages version uses .php files and 1.6 uses ini files. Thanks for your info that they CANNOT be used with each other. Regarding the PoEdit is an editor that you get to translate files, but this software is for extensions.po that some extensions/plug-ins for WordPress use. But forget it, I got to find a software likewise PoEdit that is for editing/translating .ini files instead of these .po files. It's called 'INItranslator' if you want to check it out.
